What We Offer

Collection & Storage
We collect used batteries, acid is removed and neutralized from the batteries.
Crushing and Separation
We Crush and separate the lead bearing material from other components of the battery. smelt and refine the lead bearing material.
Smelting
We smelt the lead bearing material in the high capacity rotary furnace, to make a form of re-melted Lead.

Refining
We refine the re-melted lead with integrated refinery pots to make pure lead and Antimony Alloy Lead, Selenium Alloy Lead.
Tested with Optical Emission Photo Spectrophotometer which shows accuracy levels of elements up to 5 decimal of accuracy.
Pure Lead
Pure Lead Ingots are produced from Raw Lead Bullions/ Remelted Lead Ingots/ Secondary Lead Ingots / Lead Scraps through Pyro Metallurgical process.
Oxide
Lead is melted in a Melting Pot and is pumped into the Reaction pot, where the exothermic reaction of converting Lead to Lead Oxide takes place.
